"I've never seen a insurance company so incompetent in my life!! I've called for months (July through September) requesting a call from my Agent Sherri and she never called me back. All I was trying to do was get a certificate of insurance for my non-profit organization and the secretary just kept telling me that Sherri would call me back. When I called for the final time and went off on the incompetent secretary she wanted to go back and forth even with me asking her to understand my frustration seeing that I've been calling for months now for something so simple as a certificate of insurance. I even emailed them a sample copy. The sectatary was very unprofessional wanting to argue instead of apologizing for the inconvenience so I hung up on her and guess what!!?? Sherri emailed me finally telling me to find another agent because I hung up on her argumentive sectatary. Sherri was able to reach out to me to say find another agent but she couldn't respond to any of my calls or emails for 3 months straight 🙃 🤔🙄I wouldn't recommend this State Farm office to a dog!! And I surely had no problem finding a much better professional State Farm Agent that got me what I needed right away. Stay far away from the Glen Monroe State Farm office!! They have no respect for customers and they lack customer service skills."

"I have been with Glen Monroe for 51 years. I highly recommend Jossette Houston in his office who was very effective in getting our adjuster to pick up the pace and put our claim on the top of his tall pile for review and approval. She is incredibly responsive and helpful! A real credit to the team!"
